How Tenants Access Water & Electricity Using Tokens
With every prepaid meter on our platform, tenants purchase prepaid tokens that give them access to water and electricity. This makes utility usage fully transparent and payment-driven — protecting property owners from unpaid bills.
Here’s how it works:

Deposit/Fund account (EFT, OZOW, Debit Card, Credit card,
Retail via Money Market, Capitec Pay, Scan to Pay).
Step 2:
Services (Rent, Levy,etc)
deducted from account.
Step 3:
Once payments are up to date, tenants can generate
tokens online 24/7 through our secure system.
Step 4:
The Tenant enters the token into the meter to load
the purchased units of water or electricity.
Step 5:
Property Owners and Managers can track payments
and usage through our management dashboard.
